JRI: Look at how both the NAZ and DOW have flattened since noon. This market is not going to stay flat the rest of the day. Behaving like it is being driven by rumor.

If there is no surprise cut in rates -- death to the markets. If there is a cut -- it will fly some more. I am betting my money on death this next move up in progress -- GH
