Think of it in simple terms, there is plenty of power, but at a higher price than people want to pay.

This is what I have been saying. And the fact that the power distributors have a cap on what they are allowed to charge is causing them serious financial difficulties. Hey, I don't like paying so much for steaks, so I eat fewer steaks. I don't want to pay 4-5 times what I am use to for power, so I will use less.
