It would represent a new market for Microsoft so it could potentially mean more income. This should be my last question, then I'll leave you alone. :) If porting some of their flagship applications to Linux, Solaris and HPUX would fix to some extent, the 'hate the software' part of the issue and in doing so could potentially mean more income, enhancing the 'love the stock' part of the issue; what is your opinion as to why they have not done so, as of yet?
