That's only if you divide the profits into the shares. But Palomino would have helped more for mindshare than for market share. The analysts have been hyping it up bit time (ish), and if it popped into existence there would have been some additional resistance against the meaningless 35% dives the stock tends to get. Plus, the general news might have a slight chance of somewhat buoying my Intel stock, and if that slight possibility were to occur, it may have even lessened the pain on the SOX (when people see Intel not falling, then think happy thoughts).

Of course, personally I really just wanted to see Palomino out so I could buy a cheap-but-fast notebook. ;P
