Speaking of cheap talk, does anyone have any notion of what Mr. Allen might talk about (reveal?) in his speech today in Boston, and how that speech might affect the stock? Seems that there are two strongly delineated camps here, one that is convinced that a T - SBC merger could never go through, and another (headed by Allen, I suppose) that keeps suggesting that a substantive deal is still in the works.

Perhaps he's just laying some groundwork for upcoming court battles.
