Reach's Head Says No Plan to Invite Strategic Partners

Reach, the Internet Protocol joint venture of Pacific Century CyberWorks (0008) and Telstra Corp., has no intention to invite new strategic partners, said John Hibbard, its co-president.

Hibbard, who is also managing director of Telstra's International Carriers Services, said he is satisfied with the current shareholding structure of the joint venture and has no plan to change it.
