No. If someone were selling large quantities of formerly restricted stock, the price would go DOWN. Which in fact it did. So I'd guess that all that's been sold. The stock is going up because the mindless idiots believe that there's gonna be a HUGE short squeeze immediately after 1 May. Never mind that this squeeze has been "imminent" for four years now.
