Lying implies a calculated tactic. I never call anyone a liar unless I can prove it. Campaigns are full of half- thought through matters

Bush's campaign was based on showing that Gore's off-the-cuff remarks proved he was a liar.

Now you believe that Bush should be judged by a different standard, than the one he used to crucify Gore?
