Yes, it may be time for believers in tech to step up again.
The main point of the article, I felt, was that 40 to 50 percent gains in large-cap stocks within 12 to 18 months, historically, are not unusual IF the investor can determine where the middle 2 to 3 months of the recession are. If you move too soon or too late, those juicy returns quickly vanish.
So, yes, buy low, but timing is everything, as the saying goes.
