just listening to Ralph Bloch on CNBS...he sounded very positive about the staying power of this rally...he ticked off 4 reasons: DOW ran from the low of 9.1K to near 10K, back to 9.3K, now back to over 10K; VIX hit 42; put/call ratio went nuts last 3 days of March/first 2 days of April; and one other reason I can't recall now...if Ron Insane-a would have let him talk without interruption, it would have been even better...at least, that's what I heard, if anybody else listened to the interview and heard it differently, please correct me!
