Right, I can imagine...<g> I was on the Atkins diet for about six years, all I ever ate was animal protein, beef, pork, and so on... it was a bit of a change for me, but I feel a lot better and I lost a good bit of my excess weight..... I also have more energy, I look better, and I actually feel cleaner inside..... stay with it, you can do it.....
