Hi,

I'm just a passer by who is posting for entertainment purposes. For reference I'm an Ozzie living in Prague (and drunk while I type this).

Generally I'm far more right than left, free markets etc. I may have my own views which need correcting but I'm interested in others opinions of some of the widely held held impressions of GWB.

1) He is quite influenced by the power of money. (In the world corruption index the US dropped from No 1 without competition to number 9 because of Lobbying).

2) One of the most important issues of the next hundred years will not be economics, may be war, may be disease (AIDS) but will probably be global warming and it's affect on the environment. GWB has taken a fairly un-forward thinking position on those issues.

3) Whether someone voted Ruplican in Iowa or comes from Hangzhou in China and doesn't really get a proper vote, people are people and deserve equal treatment. Bushes policy to the rest of the world is "The American peoples interest second and my oil buddies first. And world relations a lower third".
