Kermie,

Oh sure, french fries? Non Fat?

First you get a huge pot and fill it with oil, then take some big ole russert taters, and cut them length wise into french fry shape. Dry 'em off real good so they don't splatter none. Then proceed to deep fry them light brown. Then when the whole bunch are done, you put them all back in for another go at it, until they are nice and brown. Take them out onto a paper towel to drain some of the oil, and sprinkle with generous amounts of salt or seasons to taste.

Then hand that dish off to someone else to eat.
There you go, real good taters, no fat, no calories.
