"what do u think of a YHOO short through earnings tonight?" Hi MOEZ. Hows things..... YHOO releases earnings after hours on Wednesday not 2nite. That been said, as you know by now, these things are driven by emotions and traders are not wired to react rationally. I do not think with another potential rally tomorrow I would be too exposed with YHOO. Sector was one of the biggest gainers today, and AMZN will be making an announcement tomorrow before open that they are buying Borders. Not particularly interesting, but the simple lack of bad news in this sector seems to be enough to bring out the worst, (I mean the bulls) in people. I watched futs after MOT released their earnings and they were down of about 10 minutes before bouncing up +20. If volume holds and JNPR and CIEN beat we could be in for a run on the naz, my guess is 2000 the ceiling.
