Hi Scott! We didn't get in as much skiing as in the past although I was in Vail and Breckenridge a lot this winter. On most of the trips, I was tied up trying to work on some real estate stuff and it just didn't work out to take the time to ski. The family did get out there a few times to ski, though. My oldest son has gotten very good on the board. Our younger son decided to switch to the board this year and he did better than I expected coming off many years on the skis. Hope you can make it up on your mountain this weekend before it closes. Just got back from Breck a week ago and believe they will stay open another 10 days or so. All else going fine. Thanks for asking. Family is doing great. Lot to be thankful for. On the market, I'm mostly cash and still trading options. Doing good on the buy side, either puts or calls on QQQ primarily and closing them out on swings. The wealth budget is growing and there still are RR Hammers swung in the house at times! Good luck with the projects. Guess your busy time is fast approaching. Make lots of money before your big trip to Vietnam this fall! Take care. Ranger
