On a human level, I realize the pain of price shocks for things like electricity, especially for the elderly and
those on fixed incomes. But the rolling black outs extract suffering as well, They also create a sense of
powerlessness which is not healthy either.

I'd love to see more profit incentive for the utilization of solar power, myself.
