Yes. Arrange your layouts the way you want them and then under "layout" select "save layout as" and give it a name. If you alter anything then under "layout" select "save layout".

Regarding chart fill. If you have a chart open and on the top right it says "OK", you should get a fill when you enter a symbol. Click on the properties button, (top of chart left of volume icon), check your settings. If ok click on "data manager" , (bottom of page), and see if it says OK for reception & password.
