my priest gave me this recipe... ...and i just tried it tonite: DELICIOUS clams over pasta ___________________________ saute 1 clove of garlic [minced]and 1 small onion [chopped] in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil add a dash of salt and pepper add a small can of clams [drained] a about a half a cup to 3/4 cup of white wine let it cook for about 5 to 8 minutes so the wine reduces put over your favorite pasta [serves 2]
