Scrapps, thanx for posting the picture post-card. I lived on the Monterey Hill near Highway 1 for 4 years starting in '65. You brought back many fond memories. Worked at the mouth of the valley by Carmel-by-the-Sea. Good luck with your 56K solution. Had to loan mine to my brother. Am 50 feet from a Minnesota lake but too far from x2. Brother reports being on for hours with no problems and surfing at 49 1/3 baud. o~~~ O
