This agreement with AOL looks very good. I calculated some numbers on likely benefits to CUC. It looks like the "new" CUC could make as much as .05 per share more every year, as a result of this deal. This is a great move by CUC. I'm just glad they didn't buy AOL. biz.yahoo.com todd
