wiz, that woz, stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyimy[dc][pc10!c15!f][vc60][iUb14!La8,17,9] the 15xma has been resistance on the way down, forget basing, this is a bear market rally, just like the jan rally, a true bear market bottom should be characterized by several weeks (if not months) of basing, we are still in the de'nile stage i believe and the hot muny wants back in as soon as they think they see light at the end of the tunnel.
