Looks like the chinese didn't learn from the russian experience; suppress the intellects and get a country filled with criminal peasants and no hope. And if russia couldn't afford the brain drain, and no doubt our technical superiority broke their back then china will no doubt fail for the same reason. Well, the intellects can stay in the west and further boost the USA's intellectual and technical edge (and keep improving my computer).
