March book and bill ratio is still very poor in the industry. But it usually will blip in May. April sales depends on hard work. On the other hand, memory sales which SEMI has many suppliers; inventory has been depleting. Cheap memories go well with Windows XP and new experience browsers, not to mention teribit main frame servers in server farms.
