Anyone have knowledge of how subject production facilities and pipelines are to being damaged or destroyed if targeted, and whether there is a desire by any armed group to do so? Maybe there is far less risk of that in Sudan than in Columbia, but I think of OXY's much-cut Columbia pipeline every time I ponder re-buying LOILY.
