I'm totally confused by Joseph's call.....he says absolutely nothing positive about the semi's.....he said its absolutely disasterous......but then he upgrades to a market outperform?......ok, now I see......he thinks we hit a cyclical bottom was hit in Feb (?) because he says "its so bad, how can it get worse" (paraphrase) This is drastic change from 1/2 days ago (calling a bottom)....unreal...Friday, he was dissing Intel...and 2 days ago....he was extremely negative again........what a switch... I'm gonna get killed on the semi short play....He saved the market today, IMO..
