I think he got pressured into doing something today after MOT's crappy numbers. Just look at the lame "logic".

BTW, Goldman can out this morning and said they saw nothing new in semis and would underweight. Not that anyone will notice.

Geez all the semis are up 10 to 20% today on top of yesterday.
