They have! Not really a ruling it's in the regs. Brokers don't care what the IRS says, as a group they are stupid. Go to the CBOE dealers area and read the article about retirement plans including IRAs. It's all there. The brokers just ignore it. I have sent a couple of brokers there to learn what is allowed. I'll try to get a copy to post. HJ
