Victor, that's not so...i follow his research for well over two years now, and he told them in a timely manner, i.e. he actually was among the few predicting the bear market, even predicting its extent.
this latest advice was specifically meant for those who didn't heed his earlier advice, which was to get out and into money markets, near the top.
you can look at his posts in the Longwaves archive...his research really is of rare quality. beats what's coming out of WS by a mile.
