Don Hays talking about a multi-month bull move this morning. His accounts are now fully invested. The bear is over or almost so according to Don.

I think he may be wrong on this call. While I do expect a multi-week rally something like we had in January -- I still see this as probably just another bear market bounce. At the very least the lows should be retested again a few months down the pike.
