Hi!! RE: But as this article noted, DELL will be locked out of effective competition in heterogeneous storage even if they have SAN components, since they can not play across the enterprise base without considering the Unix boxes at a minimum. Given that virtually all of the SAN business is into that mixed environment, that approach will keep DELL as a niche player, supplying compatible components for SAN storage.
