Walter, I have just got around to looking at this thread and I'm feeling a bit queasy. Another Bre-X here - just smaller. About four months ago I happened upon the IPM page at: ipmcf.com
I was searching for information on platinum mineralisation and this page came up in the search. When I read it I was amazed at the resume of the President/CEO Lee Furlong. I have been investing and following the mining scene in Australia for thirty years and I had never heard of him. The list of positions that he has held is truely amazing - amazing science fiction that is! His list of discoveries puts him in the super league! - he even discovered the HYC in Australia. That is truely amazing! To think that he discovered an orebody (discovered in 1949) at such a tender age! A child prodigy!! A Mozart!! IPM stockholders are truely blessed to have such a gentleman as their CEO.

I am posting and emailing his resume to any interested parties that I can find in Australia. Isn't stock fraud a Federal Offence in the USA? I am sure such people as the "University of Newcastle" (in Australia?, or the UK? or??) will find it amusing. The companies mentioned might exist (or might have existed in some garage) but they all have names that are very similar (but not the same) as well known and reputable mining companies in Australia. But close isn't close enough.

A close friend of mine was involved (as a geologist) in the discovery of the Jabiluka uranium orebody in Australia and he has never heard of Lee Furlong. Yet, Mr Furlong claims Jabiluka as his discovery.
