If I would do same and influence people to buy INTC now,based on same assumption, I would be sent to jail just as simple. Will INTC hit $40 in the future the chances are yes ...... when ? OH that the big question. What's illegal about that? In the meantime, investors have charts and the knowledge to study supply and demand to make their own decisions that they feel comfortable with in terms of Intel, Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, LSI Logic, Micron, PMC-Sierra, ARM, Sandisk or whatever tickles their fancy. Same thing a year ago when the SSB analyst made his call. People were upset, but they had the charts to read if they wanted to do so. BB
