Well put BWAC. Couldn't agree more. BTW, Maria, you keep telling the public that the SOX is responding to Jonathan Joseph's call on the semis.....now what makes you say that there's a causal connection between the two? The SOX was up yesterday without Joseph's call. There you again, stating assumptions as facts and in the process hyping up your "guests"....You people never learn, do ya. BTW, Ted, when you asked that securities lawyer today whether CNBC had any liability, the premises of your question were innacurate. CNBC would introduce many of those analysts as "top rated", "influential", etc., leading the viewing public to believe that their "calls" were always accurate....and implicitly endorsing their stock recommendations....a good attorney could make one heck of a good case against CNBC, IMHO, and I hope it's just a matter of time before they do.
