Bruce I would suggest you should read the law before making any comments on this subject. It is illegal for a CFA to come out with a recommendation based on smoke and not facts. ignoring the actual message and relay on small print is exactly the problem that started last year bubble. The laws are there to protect investors and not to lure them into speculative assumption. Haim
