The recent change in market direction seems to have caused shell-shock in some quarters and cautionary optimism in others. It would seem the longs decline to speak for fear of celebrating prematurely the recent upsurge and the bears have developed lockjaw fearing their best days may be behind them. Time will tell which emotion is correct. Ed
