I agree with you completely, but I still believe that people should be responsible for their own actions. I mean, come on, if the bank is only paying 3-4% and Analyst come on a show and say that the stock might appreciate 20-30%, if one places a trade, that person is assuming risk.

I remember reading something about 3 years ago how this medical school student is suing his discount broker b/c that student lost all his money trading internet stocks on margin and wasn't informed of the risks. Again, if you want to play this "game", you have to be willing to accept the lumps....
