I'm sure you are in a difficult spot, but since you've been assigned to monitor this board, it seems only fitting to ask you a direct question. You seem willing to answer a select few questions, and be helpful on things like billing, etc. But how 'bout we get to the meat of the issue.

When is Lycos going to solve the bandwith and myriad data problems that folks on these boards experience?

Why haven't those problems been solved to date?

Does management appreciate that no one using this product gives a sh*t about further beta versions of the software, they only want a product that works reliably?

Your reponse to each of these questions is appreciated. If you are not in a position to answer, please direct us to the person who is.
