On second thoughts, could your #2 be ARM Holdings PLC, ARMHY? It's a leader in RISC processor design, holds numerous patents and licenses technology to likes of MOT, STMicro, INTC... don't know about NOK or splits though. Say, whatever happened to KG4... been missing his energy... did we bump 'im? If so, maybe we can forgive and forget any real or imagined transgressions?? Cheers...
