It appears to me that we're playing the child-game of passing a secret around the room. I've reviewed Struther's comment that Le was involved in "Project/Discoveries" ... / usually means and/or ... From what I've seen, Le is NOT claiming to have "discovered" either HYC or Jubiluka. I've seen Le's resume and he defines the projects under a heading of MAJOR PROJECT DISCOVERY/DEVELOPMENTS. What exactly his involvement was ... I don't know ... but I doubt if it was fictional.
