J....... CNBC sure picked up on emc's lower growth rate story. Kerry Lee's namesake, Carrie Lee , had an aftermarket report on how the sector growth is slowing. Then NTAP came out with a warning: Network Appliance (NTAP) 16.56 +0.88: -- Update -- Using the middle of NTAP's revenue guidance range, Q4 revenues will be $223.6 mln, well below the consensus of $307 mln. Conference call at 5 pm ET: 888-849-8184. This is the second storage sector warning today after EMC, and will increase fears that other storage companies such as IBM and VRTS might miss, though VRTS still appears to be at less risk as software is holding up better than hardware.
