Chuck-- Give Dave some credit! When he he 1st posted I was told he said an RS is usually negative. Naturally in THIS case he thinks it can be positive and supposedly came up with some gobble-gook to support it. Since it is qtr tax time he should not have a ton of time on his hands. On the RB thread someone posted today that there has been zero posts on his private thread for days. Maybe he is actually working and no time to post?????????
