Heinz, is it possible to have a market lo pt. where the avg's are in absolute numbers about what they are now? If money supply continues to explode & the market still sucks up 401k money(& there's no reason why it wont) I can see this... of course an inflation adjusted 10k dow in 2 yr's could be worth only 5k in today's or yesterdays $$.
In real estate for the most part rents,mortgages never seem to go down (in lo unemployment).
