Bo, I've done a fair amount of DD on that company. They appeared to me to be the lead dog in a trade group working on industry standards. What they have seemed to be a few years away, but I also realize how quickly things can change these days.
If I'm not mistaken, A.G. Edwards and, maybe, Edward D. Jones were part of the syndicate for their IPO. Those two firms are not often involved in IPOs, to my knowledge. The only dot-com related issue I can recall them having recently was WebMethods, and that's not really a dot-com.
