What is a "cloud formation"? I believe he is referring to a candlestick pattern called "Dark Cloud Cover" Here is a good online reference to candlestick patterns. offshore-investors.com Personally, I pay attention to the patterns, but have not gone to the trouble of memorizing them specifically. I just assess their meaning using common sense. Tom
