A quick look at the SanDisk chart might show that the downtrend in SanDisk stock started well before Joseph's call. And the stock actually rallied after the call, only to resume the downtrend. At the time all the other analyst's were bullish on the sector.

Why was the stock declining? Obviously some experienced professional investors were selling.
