I mostly agree with your post. My main issue is why are they paying 25% of salaries in below market stock if they have $2 million in cash. It only adds to the selling pressure on the stock and also kind of makes you suspicious that they may have other designs on this cash, such as wasting it on more drill holes or other nonsense. As you point out this cash hoard would be sufficient to last 3 years if they are frugal with it.
