Teen Drug Use Soars 30% Under Bush
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- George W. Bush preaches personal responsibility to the school children of Texas but they can't hear him.

Here's my headline, "Liberal Newspaper attempt to shift responibility for teens drug use from the druguser to the Govenor of the state in which they live".

Too bad, too many Libs today have abdicated the responibility of raising their children to Big Brother.
