IMO- This is not a bad news release. Tepual will be distributing Immustim in Sept. So they will have to buy some product. 4.5 mil might be to much at this point but as things develop it might not be enough :) They still have a distribution agreement and thats a positive. TEPUAL will begin distribution of ImmuDyne's ImmuStim(TM) Immersion Concentrate for the aquaculture industry in its international markets in September 1997, and is investigating opportunities in the ornamental fish market as well. As noted in ImmuDyne's press release of Jan. 23, 1997, the contract had not yet resulted in sales, but the companies have continued to work together. Although both companies regret that the original purchase order was not completed, there is agreement that there are opportunities for both companies to work together for mutual profit through distribution of ImmuStim(TM) Immersion Concentrate and additional products after ongoing studies have determined the most efficacious combinations of nutritional supplements in various species.
