Pullback to 9700 another higher low..then a breakout try for 10,300 1st target..breakout thru 1180 SPX...this would be a triple top b/o..very positive for the markets..if it happens..

Retail Sales slumped, Jobless claims up again, with major layoffs dead ahead...very very negative..

we are not out of the woods by a long shot...there will be more pain soon...

but based on my work right here, we have reversed up on several bullish percent charts that bode well very short term...
