Evidently you failed reading comprehension. I watched Bush deliver that statement. You did not, else you do watch TV (or its web equivalent). Sorry means you did not like what went down, not you take responsibility for what went down. Fir example, you are sorry for speeding. You are sorry about losing your license. You are sorry for your increased insurance rates. At no time did you accept the fact that you were speeding by saying "I apologize for speeding". I hear lots of "sorry" from my brother when he was caught for drunk driving, but no "apology" for doing so.

Go back to school and learn the difference.
